The barbecue has a metal structure (1) made of stainless steel or primarily parallelepiped aluminum. A removable cooking frame (9) mounted in the metal structure and connected with height adjustment and positioning slides (6, 6'). A cooking grid (7) is equipped with two infrared burners (10, 10') with gas. A removable reception unit (3) is mounted at bottom part of the metal structure and connected with a lower surface of the frame. A perforated heat diffuser (4) is connected with an upper surface of the metal structure.
