The frame has an assembly of helical springs i.e. non-pocketed helical springs (2), such as Bonnel (RTM: Knotted, round-top, hourglass-shaped steel wire coil), defining three distinct zones including a central zone (11), and two end zones (12, 13). The end zones are located on both sides of the central zone. The central zone includes multiple parallel strings (14) that are coupled to each other by a set of pocketed helical springs. Each of the end zones includes adjacent and parallel lines (16, 17) of non-pocketed helical springs provided parallel to pocketed helical springs.
