The device has a roller (4) fixed under a metal part of a body of a motorcycle or scooter immediately behind a rear seat (1). Two rigid fabric seat belts (2) are wound in the roller, where the bands pass through slits placed in a mudguard (3) of the motorcycle or scooter. The free ends of the bands are closed by a metal buckle-clasp in front of a driver while passing along the waist height on each side of a child passenger.
