The machine (1) has a flexible air suction conduit (6) and a flexible gas discharging conduit (7) that are placed around winch power drums (4, 5) and spreadable and retractable by unfolding and coiling. Ends of the flexible conduits are connected to a machine body and provided with floats (8, 9), respectively. The flexible conduits comprise a buoyancy part arranged over length of the machine body and associated with a draining/purging part (16). The draining/purging part is connected to a draining case.
