The device has an intermediate heat exchanger (24) including first bundle of vertical tubes (34) for circulation of first secondary fluid i.e. molten metal, and an external wall (28) surrounding the bundle. The device has an inlet window (46) and an outlet window placed in the wall for admission and discharge of primary fluid i.e. sodium, to exchange heat with the secondary fluid through the wall of the tubes. Second bundle of vertical tubes (90) allows circulation of second secondary fluid. The second bundle is placed between the first bundle and the wall.
