The unit (1) has multiple removable plates (4) comprising an upper surface (8) that covers a lawn (2). Multiple spacers (5) are mounted on a slab (6), and support the removable plates. Multiple pipes (11) and/or wiring units (12) are placed in an interval (7) by the spacers between the slab and the plates for maintenance of the lawn, where the spacers are adjustable in height. The slab is made from reinforced concrete or prestressed concrete, and coated by bitumen. The removable plates include a support made of a synthetic or metal material.
