The device (D) has a pipe (C1) in which a flow of air to be treated circulates, where the pipe comprises a part (P1) and an exit (S1) communicating with an enclosure (H) i.e. passenger compartment of car. Another pipe (C2) is arranged with another part (P2) provided next to the former part. A treatment unit (MT) comprises a set of under-parts (SP1, SP2). A diffusion unit (MD) is arranged to supply small drops of liquid i.e. water, to the latter pipe, where the drops of liquid are intended to act on one under-part. The device is established in a fascia of the vehicle, in a central console installed between two seats or in one seat, in a wall or false ceiling or roof of a house, and in a post of veranda. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
