The device has a gas flow circuit (60), and a power supply module (10) for supplying power to the circuit. The supply module creates a gas mixture representative of exhaust fumes from model molecules. A heater (20) heats the created gas mixture at predetermined target temperature. A removable heat exchanger (100) cools the gas mixture to allow formation of a clogging deposit. The supply module includes a flow regulator to introduce each model molecule from the gas mixture with predetermined mass flow. A flow injection module (31) is placed between the heater and the heat exchanger. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising program code instructions for controlling a clogging phenomenon reproduction device (2) a method for reproduction of physicochemical clogging phenomenon of physicochemical post combustion line of a thermal engine.
