The device has abuttable modules fit together to provide a long and solid metal pole having 12 m length. The pole is flexible in lengthwise according to the needs. The pole is provided with a brush (2) at top to mount the device along a frontage of a building. Small wheels (5) i.e. stabilizing wheels, are fixed on both sides of head of the brush. Hook (1) formed from a curved flat iron is fastened to edges of windows, balustrade, rail or railing. Ropes provide safety of the system and assist the person in distress.
