The device (1) has a flexible body (2) integral of a rigid end (3) extending along a longitudinal axis (A). The body includes an oval section whose poles (20, 21) are connected by side faces (22). One of the poles follows a profile (P1) with a S-shape whose upper and lower curves define a hollow (23) and a belly (24). The other pole follows another profile (P2) with a C-shape, where upper free ends of the shapes are directed in a transverse direction (T2) perpendicular to the axis and met to form a single finger (25), and lower free ends of the shapes are carried closer to the end.
