The method involves removing a material i.e. hair, from a surface of a fur (1) e.g. natural fur, in a controlled manner by cutting the fur along specific thickness and according to a curvilinear cutting (5) or line and repeating the operations as many times as necessary according to a pattern e.g. small pattern. The thickness between 0.5 mm and a total thickness of a layer of hair of the fur. The cutting is performed in a curvilinear manner or in a rectilinear manner. The cutting is carried out by a scissor (2) and/or a mower.
