The system has a voltage generator (GEN) comprising a direct current voltage source (Vc), a switching element, a capacitor and an inductance for delivering a train of voltage impulses to an inductive capacitive resonator (RS3) at excitation frequency and generating voltage amplified by output of the inductive resonator. The generator has transistors (M1, M2) and capacitors (C1, C2) so as to form a H capacitive half-bridge structure comprising a vertical branch including the transistors and another vertical branch comprising the capacitors and a horizontal branch comprising an inductance (L0).
