The motor has a set of parallelpipedic plates (27) whose bottom accommodates a set of dielectric sheaths that is provided perpendicular to the plates. A set of particle accelerators is arranged for extraction of a set of ions (5), and for directing the ions towards an impulse accelerator that pushes the ions through a non-return valve. Charges of a set of grids are successively discharged. A set of injectors (a) project the ions with strong current to the bottom of the plates in a moment before setting of charges to produce impulses.
