The system has a pinion (4) that is fixed on a rotary initial mass. A control rod (10) is arranged with a toothed rack (12) that is ready to actuate the pinion. A wheel guide (5) is pressed on a guidance track (13) on the control rod to maintain the toothed rack against the pinion. The pinion presents additional teeth (8) that are arranged for compensating variable thickness of the control rod on a level of the guidance track. A casing (1) is placed around the inertial mass. An independent claim is also included for a car.
