The invention relates to amphiphilic derivatives of triazamacrocycle compound, as well as to said derivatives as carriers of active molecules. The invention also relates to a nanomedicine comprising, on the one hand, at least one amphiphilic derivative of triazamacrocycle compound and, on the other hand, at least one active molecule or a protein such as an antibody, in particular for the treatment of autoimmune diseases or for the treatment of cancer.
