The decompactor has a housing (2) including a power supply unit (16), a micro motor-reducer (12), an electronic management board (14) for managing the operating cycle of the micro motor-reducer, and an on/off switch (15). The power supply unit includes a series coupler (18) provided with 8 LR6 batteries (17) of 1.5 Volts. An adjustable integrated circuit adjusts the operating duration of the micro motor-reducer, and a current limiting switch limits the current in case of overload of the micro motor-reducer.
