Another restraint element (22) is fixed on the flap and at another part (24) of the support element. A damping element (34) is arranged for damping rotation of the flap. The damping element is placed between the former part and the latter part of the support element. The latter restraint element is arranged so as to come in support against the damping element at the time of opening of the flap.
