The device (100) has a support (101) whose end comprises a fixing unit to fix the support to a structure element (10). An assembly part or head (500) assembles a frame element to the support and includes a clamping unit of the frame element. The support has a support portion to achieve a position in which the portion is aligned with the support and a position in which the portion extends partially in direction transverse to the support. The portion and the assembly part holding units maintain the portion and the part against each other when the portion is placed transverse to the support. An independent claim is also included for a method for isolating a structural element of wall.
