The device has a longitudinal body (10) that is arranged in an approximately cylindrical or cylindro-conical form, where the body is arranged with a longitudinal axis (L) and extending between a set of ends. A positioning head (20) is arranged on a level of one of the set of ends. An anchoring unit (30) is arranged in direct engagement with a bone structure and for translation of the longitudinal body for direct engagement of the bone structure with a set of support elements of the positioning head. An independent claim is also included for a gauge for installation of an implant device.
