The device (1) has an upper insulation structure part (100) realizing insulation function, and a lower insulation structure part (200) placed in a position between the upper insulation structure part and an upper structure (10) and between the upper insulation structure part and a lower structure (20). Height of the lower insulation structure part is adjusted by bringing or evacuating fluid into or from the lower insulation structure part. The lower insulation structure part includes a deformable housing (210) providing a fluid space and a connector (220) communicated with the space. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for replacing an insulation structure part to realize insulation function in an insulation device (2) a method for regulating load of an insulation structure part.
