Collective building composed of housing units each served by a single technical duct irrespective of the number of rooms in the dwelling. For this purpose it is designed a sanitary block consisting of a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom whose fluid service will be standardized and industrialized. The sanitary block is the same for all types of housing. The modularity is ensured, in a primary way, by an identical distribution corridor regardless of the type of housing. This distribution corridor gives access from the living room indifferently to 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on the typology sought. The modularity is carried out, secondarily, from a basic cell comprising the toilet block, a living room and a bedroom. The addition of one or two additional rooms is done without modifying the basic cell from the distribution corridor. The cells can be assembled, without modifying their internal organization, to form "plot" buildings or "band" buildings.
