METHOD FOR CONSOLIDATING A SOIL COVERING A TUNNEL

In a consolidation method of a soil (S) surrounding a tunnel (10) excavated in sections (R1, ... RN), each section (R1, ... RN) of the tunnel (10) is surmounted by a pre-retaining vault (V1, ..., VN) consisting of a plurality of tubes (12) arranged substantially parallel to each other and to the axial direction of the tunnel (10) and sealed to the ground (S) by a grout. The method comprises, after curing the grout, a new step of injecting a consolidation slurry into the soil (S) by at least one tube (12) of the pre-retaining vault (V1, ... , VN).
