The educational question and answer based password protection system for consumer electronic devices

A computer program for use with electronic devices that provides password protection based on the user answering a question correctly, where the question relates to safety issues. The program will prevent a user, such as a child, from accessing the internet until a question relating to the dangers of the internet, safe behaviour outside the home, and any other relevant security related issues that are suitable for the users age, is answered correctly. If the question is answered incorrectly, access to the internet is denied.
