Management of multiple vehicles comprising identifying planned routes 304, 306, 308, 310 for the vehicles; displaying the planned routes on a map 300; and identifying, within a viewing area 401 on the map, a set of the planned routes which are spatiotemporally within a predetermined distance of a selected planned route. The vehicles may be unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) such that conflicting flight plans may be identified and modified to avoid collision between UAV. The location of the viewing area may vary with the current position 409 of a vehicle travelling along the selected planned route being either a fixed distance ahead of the vehicle position or a distance ahead of the vehicle position which relates to the vehicles speed.
