PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a long-size impregnated matter capable of efficiently manufacturing the long-size impregnated matter made by impregnating a fibrous support with coating liquid without breaking the fibrous support even when the strength of the fibrous support is low or the high-viscosity coating liquid is used.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a long-size impregnated matter 10 made by impregnating a fibrous support with coating liquid which contains a resin component or polymerizable monomers and a polymerizing catalyst and has a viscosity measured at 23°C by using a viscosity/viscoelastic measuring apparatus, of 20 to 5000 cP includes a process of attaching films 6a, 6b with coated films of the coating liquid such that the coated films of the films 6a, 6b with the coated films are opposed to the fibrous support 8 conveying a long-size fibrous support 8 in a prescribed direction. Therein, the two sheets of films 6a, 6b with the coated films are provided by applying the coating liquid onto one side surface of the long-size film with such conditions that a shear speed gets to 100 to 6000 (1/s) while conveying the long-size film in a prescribed direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
