PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nitriding processing equipment for grain oriented silicon steel plate that can have variance-free superior magnetic characteristics by dispersing nitrogen as an inhibitor forming element uniformly to the overall length and overall width of a steel plate.;SOLUTION: In vertical nitriding processing equipment which subjects a directional electromagnetic steel plate as a material to be processed to nitriding processing while the steel plate is fed perpendicularly through an upper deflector roll and a lower deflector roll, a heating zone in which the steel plate is heated, a nitriding processing zone in which the steel plate is subjected to gas nitriding processing, and a cooling zone in which the steel plate is cooled are arranged between the upper deflector roll and lower deflector roll in order in the feeding direction of the steel plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
