PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CNT which can be compounded with a resin material in a state of a high aspect ratio and without necessitating use of a dispersing agent, which can contribute for improving electric and thermal conductivity, and which scarcely slips on a boundary between the resin material and which scarcely slips out therefrom in compounding it into a CNT composite resin, and the CNT composite resin used therefor.;SOLUTION: The CNT of this invention is a CNT compounded with a resin material, in which a functional group having two or more carbon atoms on the main chain skeleton is introduced on a surface of the CNT.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
