PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of efficiently and precisely inspecting a small-diameter pipe.;SOLUTION: A small-diameter pipe inspection device inspecting a small-diameter pipe includes: a first ultrasonic flaw detection device having a plurality of transducers 7 disposed over the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential face of the pipe, emitting ultrasonic waves to the axial direction of the pipe from the respective transducers 7, and receiving reflection waves thereof to specify a range in which a flaw is present in the pipe; and a second ultrasonic flaw detection device having a plurality of transducers disposed in one or more lines, controlling ultrasonic transmission timing of the respective transducers emitted in the thickness direction from outside the pipe to converge an ultrasonic wave to an arbitrary position, and receiving the reflection wave thereof to detect the flaw of the pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
