PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum etching foil capable of being used for a current collector of a lithium ion capacitor excellent in both pre-doping and adhesion while maintaining sufficient strength, and also to provide an electrode using the aluminum etching foil for the current collector, and a power storage device.SOLUTION: On the internal wall surface, through-holes and non-through holes having a plurality of crater-shaped recesses are mixedly existed. An aluminum etching foil is provided having a structure in which the aspect of a cross section exhibits the aspect of a limestone cave from one surface to the other surface. An electrode using the aluminum etching foil for a current collector and a power storage device are provided.
