FILTER CLOTH SUSPENSION DEVICE IN FILTER CLOTH TRAVELING FILTER PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cloth suspension device in a filter cloth traveling filter press where a filter cloth is automatically lifted up and down while being interlocked with the opening and closing of a filter plate and the filter cloth can be replaced at a predetermined position when replacing the filter cloth.;SOLUTION: A horizontal pantograph freely varying by a telescopic motion in response to the opening and closing plate of a filter plate is formed between adjacent filter plates. A vertical pantograph is connected to the horizontal pantograph, a filter cloth is lifted up and down in response to the telescopic motion of the horizontal pantograph and then a special power source for lifting up and down the filter cloth is not necessary and a miscellaneous time other than a dewatering step can be shortened. A stock solution supply plate being easily held between the filter cloths can be set at a prescribed position when replacing the filter cloths since adopting a constitution that the filter cloths start falling after slightly rising just after opening the plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
