PURPOSE:To provide a device which can prevent a filter cloth from wrinkling and a chain from being entrapped between the cloths. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a filter cloth is connected with one end of a drive medium through an upper support bar 10, its lower end is formed in a V shape, bag parts 12 are installed on both sides of the lower end of the filter cloth, the lower fringe part and the side fringe part of the bag part 12 are fixed, a triangular suspension fitting 13 is inserted into the bag part 12, its inserted end is connected to a fixture 17 attached to the other end of the drive medium, and the fitting 13 is fitted freely slidably to a guide beam 19 installed along the side wall of a filter plate 3, so that the wrinkling of the filter cloth and the snaking of the filter cloth and the drive medium are prevented.
