PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative evaluation method of cytotoxicity of molecular target drugs against dermal cells, being capable of quantitative evaluation in a short time.;SOLUTION: The invention provides a quantitative evaluation method of cytotoxicity of molecular target drugs against dermal cells comprising a step of contacting molecular target drugs to dermal cells, and a step of measuring the peak height of the dermal cells.
