PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a hollow extruded article, the method being suitable for the hot extrusion of a high intensity aluminum alloy material.;SOLUTION: The production method of a hollow extruded article is provided in which an annular die and a rod-shaped mandrel are used and an aluminum alloy material is hot-extruded from between the inner circumference of the die and the outer circumference of the mandrel to be molded into a hollow extruded article. The production method comprises: a preparation step of preparing a graphite lubricant having graphite dispersed in a liquid, and a glass lubricant having oxide glass molten in a liquid; and an extrusion step of performing the above hot extrusion while the graphite lubricant and the glass lubricant are applied onto the whole surface of a region where the mandrel contacts with the aluminum alloy material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
