PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-Si alloy fine particle high in crystallinity, having a fine granular shape and less in impurities and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The Ni-Si alloy fine particle consists of a mono phase of a nickel silicide phase represented by a composition formula: NiSi(0.5x≤3) and has a particle diameter of a primary particle of 1.5 μm or less and an aspect ratio of the primary particle of 2.0 or less. The Ni-Si alloy fine particle is obtained by preparing a raw material containing Ni, Si and Na with 0.5Ni/Si ratio (molar ratio)≤3.0 and 1.5Na/Si ratio (molar ratio)≤15.0, heating the raw material under inert atmosphere to produce the Ni-Si alloy fine particle and removing Na from the resulting reaction product.
