PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning optimum control system that can optimize energy consumed by a plurality of air conditioners when each of an indoor temperature and humidity is made to come close to a set value in an air conditioning system in which the plurality of air conditioners are combined.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning optimum control system includes: a measurement section for measuring physical quantity including indoor temperature and humidity that are control targets in an air conditioning system in which a plurality of air conditioners are combined; an indoor state estimation section for preparing a state estimation model for calculating estimation physical quantity that indicates future physical quantity, on the basis of the physical quantity measured by the measurement section and operation amount of the air conditioners; and an optimization calculation section for calculating the operation amount of each air conditioner for minimizing an error between the estimation physical quantity and a set value from the state estimation model and an evaluation function related to air-conditioning operational cost.
