PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect whether there is conflict or not among measurement applications or among pieces of measurement hardware before starting repetitive measuring of an object to be measured.;SOLUTION: A measuring device 1 comprises: a setting file 12 that includes information on a used communication mode and rate, information on the number of necessary ports per measurement application 11, and information on a used measurement port 5b in addition to a setting condition for measurement hardware 5a used at a time of the preceding measurement when performing repetitive measurement of an object to be measured at the same setting condition as at the time of the preceding measurement; and a resource management unit 14 that detects whether or not there is conflict among pieces of measurement hardware 5a or among measurement applications 11 by checking a type of a plurality of pieces of measurement hardware 5a with a utilization state of resources right before measurement start including the capability and available state of an individual measurement port 5b, and information to identify a user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
