PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly-ash-deposition prevention system and a fly-ash-deposition prevention method capable of suppressing generation of clinker and keeping appropriate operation by preventing fly ashes from being attached and deposited in a flue for guiding an exhaust gas generated by combustion treatment.;SOLUTION: A fly-ash-deposition prevention system includes: cooling air supply means 27 blowing air for cooling an exhaust gas into a secondary combustion furnace 21; temperature measuring means 28 arranged near an exhaust gas outlet of the secondary combustion furnace 21b for measuring an internal temperature of the secondary combustion furnace 21b; and cooling-air control means controlling supply of the cooling air into the secondary combustion furnace 21b from the cooling air supply means 27 on the basis of the furnace internal temperature measured by the temperature measuring means 28. Furthermore, a flue 35 for guiding the exhaust gas generated in the secondary combustion furnace 21b to a cooling tower 40 where a second process is executed is inclined, with the exhaust gas outlet of the secondary combustion furnace 21b serving as a top portion of the flue 35.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
