PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preformed insulation structure for transformer suitable for compaction while ensuring sufficient insulation resistance, and to provide a transformer including a preformed insulation structure, and a method of manufacturing a transformer including a preformed insulation structure.SOLUTION: A first preformed insulation structure (first shell 204, second shell 205) is installed between first and second wirings, in a state where the first wiring 202 and the second wiring of the transformer are wound around a transformer core 201 of the transformer. The preformed insulation structure separates the second wiring from the first wiring and the transformer core.
