VALVE OVERHAUL SUPPORT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance improvement of inspection cost.;SOLUTION: A valve overhaul support device includes a history registration unit 1, an overhaul prediction unit 2, a prediction result presentation unit 3, a prediction result registration unit 4, an execution result registration unit 5, and a prediction type evaluation unit 6. A history of an over-all evaluation index P is registered as an evaluation index in the history registration unit 1. In the overhaul prediction unit 2, on the basis of the history of the over-all evaluation index P, according to a plurality of types of prediction system (average prediction, pessimistic prediction, optimistic prediction), a time when a valve overhaul is required is predicted for each of types of the prediction system, and a prediction result is presented by the prediction result presentation unit 3. An operator selects a desired prediction result from the prediction result of each of types of the prediction system presented to execute the valve overhaul, and registers validity of overhaul execution with the execution result registration unit 5. The prediction type evaluation unit 6 evaluates the plurality of types of prediction system on the basis of the validity of overhaul execution registered, and notifies the prediction result presentation unit 3 of a high validity type of prediction system as a representative index.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
