PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel-course plan creation device capable of efficiently creating a travel-course plan that satisfies the demand of a creator.;SOLUTION: Provided is a travel-course plan creation device, where the travel-course plan creation device is characterized by including: an operation acceptance unit 420 for accepting an operation for adding a course to the travel-course plan; a course acquisition unit 430 for acquiring the required time and carrying-out position of the operation-accepted course; a course specification unit 440 for specifying a first course that is set before the operation-accepted course and a second course that is set after the operation-accepted course; an addition capability determination unit 450 for determining, on the basis of the required time and carrying-out position of the operation-accepted course, the end time of day and carrying-out position of the first course, and the start time of day and carrying-out position of the second course, whether the operation-accepted course can be added to the travel-course plan; and an output unit 460 for generating an output corresponding to the determination result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
