PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic pressure test device and a hydraulic pressure test method for a high pressure turbine capable of performing a hydraulic pressure test while supply holes of an upper casing and a lower casing of the high pressure turbine are sealed.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a hydraulic pressure test device for a high pressure turbine in which an upper casing and a lower casing of a high pressure turbine are provided with a plurality of supply holes formed with large diameter grooves and closing members connected to the plurality of supply holes through holding process to seal the supply holes, each of the closing members is fixed to each of the supply holes of the upper casing and the lower casing to enable a hydraulic pressure test to be conveniently carried out, and the closing members can be easily connected and separated under the hydraulic pressure test. Differing from the prior art, since it is not necessary to prepare a pipe used for supporting the closing members for tightly closing the supply holes within the casings, it is possible to shorten a work time for the hydraulic pressure test.
