PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for a film-laminate, a film for a vacuum heat insulation material, and a vacuum heat insulation material using the same, with less degradation in adhesion strength, capable of maintaining gas permeability and avoiding a poor appearance due to foaming, even after standing under high temperature and high humidity for a long period of time.;SOLUTION: An adhesive composition for a film-laminate includes: (a) polyester resin; (b) epoxy resin; (c) isocyanate-based crosslinking agent; and (d) Sn-based catalyst. The number-average molecular weight of the (a) polyester resin is 1000-50000. The content of the (b) epoxy resin is, based on 100 pts.mass of the (a) polyester resin, 1-50 pts.mass.
