摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a vacuum heat insulation material, which has long-acting high heat insulation(low heat conductivity) and avoids outstanding surface irregularity. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum heat insulation material is produced with packaging core materials(1) together with gas adsorbents(2) into an envelope(3) of gas barrier films, depressurizing the inside and sealing the opening(3a). The core materials are obtained by applying 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of binder(B) to inorganic fibers(S) of mean diameter of 3 to 5 micrometers and thermal pressing. The inorganic fibers are selected from glass fibers, ceramic fibers, rock wool or silica alumina wool. Also, the binder is selected from phenol resin, NBR rubber modified phenol resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, NBR, nitrile rubber, acryl rubber, silica alumina etc.
