PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-humidity utilization gas turbine system capable of reducing a quantity of water supplied from outside by reducing water consumption at a time of activation, stopping, and/or load cutoff of the gas turbine system.SOLUTION: A high-humidity utilization gas turbine system including: a gas turbine system that includes a compressor, a compressed air header generating humidified combustion air, a combustor generating combustion gas, and a turbine; an exhaust-heat recovery boiler generating steam by exhaust gas from the turbine; and a water recovery device recovering water contained in the exhaust gas, comprises: a first steam system supplying the steam from the exhaust-heat recovery boiler to the compressed air header; and a second steam system supplying the steam from the exhaust-heat recovery boiler to either the exhaust-heat recovery boiler or the water recovery device, the first steam system being cut off and the second steam system allowing communication so as to recover the steam from the exhaust-heat recovery boiler at a time of actuation, stopping, or load-cutoff of the gas turbine system.
