PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of scratches or a rugged pattern that does not exist in a design data, which is caused by fluctuations in ejection of ink or fluctuations in a conveyance feed amount of a medium when a three-dimensional shaped article is molded by using an inkjet recording device.SOLUTION: In a device 1 for molding a three-dimensional shaped article, a control unit 30 includes: a vertical inversion data creating unit 321 that creates a vertical inversion data, which is a three-dimensional data of an inverted shaped article obtained by vertically, in a layered direction of ink layers, inverting a three-dimensional shaped article as a target of molding, on the basis of the three-dimensional data of the target three-dimensional shaped article; and a molding control unit 322 that obtains a shape of each division layer when the inverted shaped article is divided into plurality of layers on the basis of the vertical inversion data, sets a layer pattern of each ink layer on the basis of the obtained shape of each division layer, and controls an engine unit 10 to stack each ink layer in the set layer pattern to form the inverted shaped article on a medium.
