PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured data digitization device and a measured data digitization program capable of easily digitizing measured data on an XY plane displayed on paper as numeric data.SOLUTION: Provided is a measured data digitization device 90 for digitizing measured data on the basis of image data 300 derived by reading paper data 200 including measured data 8 displayed on an XY plane, the measured data digitization device 90 comprising: straight line extraction means 90A for extracting a straight line from the image data; X-Y axis acquisition means 90B for acquiring two straight lines intersecting each other at right angles as an X axis 2 and a Y axis 4, respectively; numeric value acquisition means 90C for acquiring numeric values 21,41 located in the vicinity of the X axis and the Y axis from the image data; area setting means 90D for setting, on the basis of the maximum and minimum values of the numeric values acquired for each of the X axis and Y axis respectively, an area 6 of the XY plane defined by the X axis and the Y axis; and measured data acquisition means 90E for acquiring, from the image data, the measured data within the area as numeric data on the X axis and Y axis.
