PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide human pancreatic ribonuclease 1 (RNase 1) and a method for simply isolating the RNase 1.SOLUTION: An isolation method for RNase 1 comprises contacting an antibody specifically bindable to the RNase 1 in which one or more sites among three N-glycan chain modifiable sites in the RNase 1 are not modified with an N-glycan chain, and the RNase 1 in which no N-glycan chain is linked to the N-glycan chain modifiable sites in the RNase 1 with a specimen; and then isolating the RNase 1 bound to the antibody.
