PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify consistency of corresponding points obtained from a plurality of images capturing the same subject.;SOLUTION: A geometric verification device includes: an affine transformation key point extraction/corresponding point determination part in which a plurality of images obtained by capturing the same subject are inputted, an observation direction of an affine invariance key point extracted in each of the inputted images is determined on the basis of the image and the affine invariance key point is made corresponding between images and defined as a corresponding point; an observation direction variation estimation part for estimating a difference in the observation direction of the affine invariance key point between the corresponding points as a variation of the observation direction; an observation space voting part in which the number of variations of the observation direction included in cells, which are obtained by dividing a voting space corresponding to dimensionality of the observation direction in a predetermined size, is calculated as a vote number and the corresponding point that corresponds to the variation of the observation direction included in the cell is associated with the cell; and a vote counting part for outputting the corresponding point associated with the cell in which the number of votes is greater than a predetermined threshold value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
