PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video/content viewing system capable of tranquilizing an excited state, accompanying 3D video/sound content viewing.;SOLUTION: A video/content viewing system has: a video/sound content information database 2 for providing video/sound content information; tranquilizing information providing database 4 for providing tranquilizing information; a controller 6 for performing information processing of video/sound content information and tranquilizing information; and tranquilizing information output means 10, 12 for outputting the tranquilization information. The controller 6 includes tranquilizing time calculation means for calculating tranquilizing time on the basis of stimulation level information included in the video/sound content information and continuation viewing time obtained by continuing the video/sound content to be viewed.
