PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measuring device, a particle beam therapeutic apparatus, and a particle beam dose distribution calculation method capable of reducing a difference from a water phantom measuring device.;SOLUTION: A radiation measuring device 101 including a plurality of sensors each reacting with a radiation to generate electric charge, includes a signal processing device 205. The signal processing device 205 divides an integrated value of the electric charge output from the sensors into values according to energies and stores the divided integrated values in a main control unit 206 using an energy switching signal generated when a photon irradiation device 102 switches a beam energy. The main control unit 206 calculates a depth dose distribution per energy from the stored integrated values of the electric charge. Furthermore, the main control unit 206 calculates a range per energy from the depth dose distribution, and corrects the depth dose distribution per energy using a correction coefficient dependent on the range.
